Your boundaries and support

Needing assistance does not erase your boundaries. You can ask someone to explain before touching you or moving your cane or other belongings. You can ask questions, say no, or change your mind.

For additional support options, visit BSAN’s Emergency Help page.

Learning in a format that works for you

You can ask an educator or health care provider for plain-language explanations, a description of a diagram, accessible text, audio, Braille, or a tactile teaching model. Tell them which format works for you. You do not need to share personal sexual experiences to ask an educational question.

If a resource is difficult to use, tell BSAN about the access barrier.

Public learning and adult membership

General educational resources remain public. BSAN’s planned member discussions, member profiles, and adult community spaces will be for people aged 18 and older. Membership registration is not open yet. You do not need an adult membership to use this youth resource page.
