Thank you for sharing your work.

Your provider profile submission has been sent privately to BSAN. We will follow up at the email you provided, respect your permission choice, and ask you to approve your profile before publication. This does not create an account or subscribe you to updates.

Your professional role

Use your chosen or professional name.

Only BSAN uses this to follow up. It will not appear on your public profile.

Use your own professional title. Teachers of blind students, independent living instructors, sexuality and consent educators, therapists, coaches, health professionals, doulas, and other practitioners are welcome. You can name more than one role.

Professional categories (optional)

Choose all that describe your work. If none fits, choose another professional role and describe it in the title above. We will confirm categories with you before publishing.

Your bio and services

Aim for 50–100 words. Introduce yourself, your approach, and your connection to or experience working with blind people. A shorter or longer bio is welcome.

Name the services people can contact you for, such as individual sessions, classes, workshops, instruction, or consultation. Include the ages or groups you work with and how you support blind participants. A short list is welcome.

Share relevant education, training, certifications, or community experience. For licensed services, include your license type, state or jurisdiction, and a public verification link if available. List only current credentials as current.

Working with you

Include your city or service region, online, phone, or in-person options, and any relevant service boundaries. You can describe accessible formats, communication options, or how people can discuss access needs.

Let people know if you are accepting inquiries. You may include fees, sliding scale, free services, or insurance information that applies to your work.

Share the website, professional email, or inquiry link you want people to use to learn about your services or work with you. Links are reviewed before publication. You can arrange this with BSAN later.
